For the first time in at least 15 years, the Leland bridge has flowers on it. The project was initiated, designed, and coordinated by The Art of Roxane in Leland, with help from Betty Elliot, Nick Lederle and Rick Lahmann. The flowers line both sides of the bridge, both on the road side, and trailing down toward the river. It is a great addition to the romantic beauty of Leland.
