The Leelanau Historical Society Museum inspires locals and visitors to explore the past, understand the present, and envision the future of the diverse cultures in the Leelanau Peninsula and it's islands. Featured Exhibits: • Traditional Arts of the Anishnabek • Travel to Leelanau and Life on the Islands • Manitou Passage Shipwrecks Find handmade gifts, jewelry, cards and local topic books in the Museum shop. Located on the Leland River, behind the Old Art Building, next to the Leland Library.
