Gentle Yoga is a good introduction class for beginners or a restorative option for regular practitioners. Seated, standing and occasional chair postures are aimed at increasing flexibility in the muscles, enhancing mobility in the joints and improving balance. Our practice includes hip and shoulder-openers, twists and core strengthening postures. *Summer: June thru Mid-September, class runs from 8:30-9:30am
