Spörck Tileart is located in Historic Fishtown, and features beautiful original, entirely handmade and painted ceramic art tiles made by Leif Spörck. Leif is a second generation, Leelanau County Ceramic Artist, and the tiles he creates reflect Leelanau County and Michigan in many ways.
Accompanying the art tiles are Authentic Japanese and Norwegian glass fishnet floats, imported from Alaska, Australia, and Norway. In addition, restored taxidermied art fish, and Historic Leelanau postcards are available. New for 2014: Limited Edition 2014 2"x2" Leland Tile!

Main Street Gallery was established in 1988, and displays all original art including metal sculpture, oil and acrylic painting, pastels, watercolors, woodcarvings and glass. We represent over 20 of northwest Michigan’s premier artists. We also offer custom picture framing, and packing and shipping. Located on the river 2 blocks south of the bridge.

Since 2008, our independent film production company, 8180 Films, has produced four independent feature films, including a post WWII drama, (Christina), a comedy documentary, (The Coexist Comedy Tour), a neo-noir suspense thriller, (The Girl on the Train), and a performance documentary (Beyond Glory starring Stephen Lang).
All four features were directed by award-winning writer/director/editor Larry Brand, a founding partner in 8180 Films along with award-winning producers Rebecca Reynolds and Jim Carpenter. Since the beginning, 8180 Films’ goal has been to produce high quality, cost-effective indie films.
Like many other indie film companies, we rely on film festivals for exposure. Our films have won awards in every major category, including Best Drama, Best Documentary, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Director and Best Screenplay. 8180 Films’ features are available across all platforms, including iTunes and Amazon.
