The Leelanau Historical Society is a Museum and Research Center dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the Leelanau Peninsula and its islands. The museum is home to permanent and rotating exhibits detailing local maritime history, Anishinaabek art, logging, agriculture, early transportation and tourism.
